Shipping policy

At Aussie Wardrobe we offer free tracked shipping across Australia, delivered by Australia Post.

1. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is approved. During busy periods, holidays or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

2. Delivery time

Delivery times can vary depending on the supplier, the carrier and busy periods. You can follow your parcel at any time with your tracking number.

3. Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to become active after the carrier has processed the parcel.

4. Free shipping

We do not charge shipping costs within Australia. At checkout you will see: “Free Tracked Shipping”.

5. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. If a delay continues, we will contact the carrier on your behalf.
